Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) / English Procurement Specialist

The leading electronic component distributor, world-wide, is looking for motivated, outstanding individuals to concentrate on and expand trade within Asia . Stealth Components relies on its Procurement Specialists to find the parts our customers need when they need them. In this fast paced position, you will identify potential suppliers and build relationships with new and existing suppliers. Procurement Specialists also do part analysis and research as well as price negotiation and logistics. Customer service skills are critical as the positions require purchase order placement and entry, order expediting and discrepancy resolution. You will deal with a lot of external and internal customers in this role, so communication and interpersonal skills must be excellent. Purchasing experience is not mandatory - we are happy to train the right individuals for these excellent opportunities!

We are looking for night time, Procurement Specialist who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) with purchasing experience. Hours are 10pm-4am, Monday through Friday. Position has the potential to go full time.

Account Executives - Inside Sales

Stealth Components is always looking for energized, bright, ambitious individuals who are ready to make things happen on the international market.

Job duties include:

· Cold Calling prospective customers

· Prospect and call potential clients

· Build a customer BASE
Establish solid long term client relationships

· Negotiating prices

· Communicate with our purchasing agents

· Ability to work 3:30am – 12:30pm (afternoons free)

You must be phone savvy and enjoy working with people, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-oriented with sharp negotiation skills. Fluency in a second language is a plus but not required.

Procurement Specialist/Buyer (Charlotte (Ballantyne), NC)

We are the leading distributor of semiconductors and electronic components. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist/Buyer for our Ballantyne office in Charlotte, NC.

Qualified candidates will need at least a minimum of 2-5 years experience purchasing & negotiating pricing as well as knowledge with Word & Excel. Experience with reviewing requisitions from sales department for pricing, product quality & delivery concerns. Maintain contact with vendors regarding quotations & bids. Maintain vendor lists with contact personnel for each supplier. Assist in other areas when needed. Associate Degree preferred.

Prefer a candidate with manufacturing background. Candidates responding to this posting must currently possess the eligibility to work in the United States.
