Stealth specializes in the low lead-time and high-mix requirements of your business. We test analog, power, digital, mixed-signal, log ic, memory, RF, processors, controllers and more. Our advanced test and inspection equipment provides testing coverage for a wide range of devices and a comprehensive report is provided for every order.
Know What You're Getting
Our inspection processes are comprehensive. All of our testing services include a 100% inspection to international standards for coplanarity, dimension, visual (marking, date code confirmation, damage, flux residue, solder wicking and oxidation, carbon deposits, etc.) and lead integrity. We perform random sample Decapsultation, X-Ray and solderablity tests to verify the condition and authenticity of the devices.
Make Sure They Work
Stealth’s testing services range from OEM production-level 100% parametric testing to custom platforms for specific device families. With every inquiry, we will confirm the level of testing available - without the lead-times and costs you're familiar with for testing services. Our Authenticity Inspection (AI) is a continuity test with the full application performance of the device. Our Full Functional Test (FFT) is the most thorough test available - a 100% parametric to the ranges specified on the device datasheet.
Quality Inspection Process
Quality inspection is an essential function in our quality process, ensuring counterfeit detection and preventive processes are in place - so you can trust that product received from Stealth has passed a rigorous inspection process - assuring you of product quality and consistency.
Our quality inspection process ensures product quality through our zero-tolerance evaluation. Each level follows an escalation track of action, beginning with our meticulous incoming inspection processes:
Level 1
Visual inspection and authenticity verification is conducted on all incoming materials by Stealth inspectors and certified testing facility. Visual inspection review includes:
- Manufacturer P/N, quantity, and date code verification
- Body marking inspection (faded marking, broken text, double print, etc.)
- Physical conditions inspection (lead bend, scratches, chipped edges, etc.)
- Taping condition inspection (dented packet, missing parts, etc.)
- Verify moisture barrier protection verification (vacuum sealed, humidity indicator with specification)
- Original factory sealed components vs. non-factory seal
Level 2
Materials identified as questionable during the visual inspection process are reevaluated by Stealth's team of three engineers:
- Review of level 1 findings
- Counterfeit databases referenced and updated
- Label Verification (bar code and label review)
- Manufacturer logo and date log verification
- Industry counterfeit alert program
Level 3
External testing is conducted by a certified third-party testing laboratory to verify any questionable materials. Testing includes:
- Decapsulation test
- Solderability test
- Surface contamination analysis
